I curate group trips where we travel for the culture and essense of a destination, and I also personally curate trips based on the client’s needs

I worked for years in corporate travel and saw the lack of representation of legitimate Black agents

What is the largest number of persons you accept for one trip?
This depends on the itinerary. For intimate trips such as Zanzibar, our cap is 15. For some of our all-inclusive Caribbean trips, we have had 100+
Do you offer customized itineraries, and if so what is the cost and what is included?
Yes, we do. Pricing varies from $50-$200 for planning services for things such as destination weddings, multi-destination trips, etc
Do you personally attend each trip, or how do you choose representatives to travel with groups?
For our group trips, I am in attendance personally. I do have a team of 20 agents who also curate andattend their trips, and I normallty attend their larger trips If I have larger trips, I also have members of my team in attendance along with me.

Please share your payment and refund policies
This varies by trip. Most group experiences are non-refundable for voluntary cancellation, however fully refundable if we cancel. We also recommend travel insurance for ALL travel we offer for reimbursement on issues
Do your trips include air or do you assist with arrangements?
Most group experiences do not include air, as guests are coming from many difference destinations. We will assist with air arrangements for groups. For personally curated trips, we do most often handle the air arrangements for our guests
For Land Only trips please share what services you provide and when.
For land only, we provide transfers based on your air arrangements, excursions, on and off resort experiences, etc. Services start when you board your plane, and end when you are home!
For international travel do you have a process to assist with documentation (e.g. passports, visa, etc)? Please share details.
We do ensure to give guests the information and resources to process all documentation, VISA, etc. We also double check with guests via group meetings as we get closer to the trip dates
If you host larger groups, how many representatives to you provide per traveler? How do you communicate with travelers during the trip?
For larger trips, I usually have about a 1:15/20 ratio on guests vs team members. During trips, we use WhatsApp to communicate with all guests
