I provide services for all age ranges and genders because I have Cerebral Palsy I specialize in disability and mobility travel I am also autism certified

How do you curate?
after my client feels out the quote request for I schedule a time to talk with them and go over the form to get to know my client better their needs and the experience they want to have . After that I research they spend 2 two three days putting to gether a personalized itinerary based upon their needs wants and desires, I then send the options to the client for approval or changes
Why did you decide to do this type of work?
I really enjoy travel and have always had a fascination with theworld and it’s diverse cultures . I really wanted to help people see thee world especially people of color and people with disabilites seen and unseen, I truly believe travel should be inclusive to all

Please share your payment and refund policies
All payments are submitted via a secured site and are encrypted. Refunds are issued as per the suppliers and coordinators terms and conditions. All payments are made to the suppliers and vendors. I do not accept Venmo and Cashapp payments. All payments must be made with a valid credit or debit card.
Do your trips include air or do you assist with arrangements?
Flights are included for indivdual trips and small groups of 10 or less flying from the same airport . I do not provide air-only trave flights can be added to cruises as well by request only
For Land Only trips please share what services you provide and when.
My services starts with the initial consultation. I do the research to find what is requested. I stay in touch with my clients and suppliers throughout the process. All clients are encouraged to contact me if issues arise at any point during their trip. . I text my clients to ensure they have arrived at the airport for the departure, I also track flights and text when they land to see if the arranged transportation has arrived and thaat they have made it to destination and to make sore the accommodations are as requested. I follow up to make sure all clients arrive home safely. I am also available to assist with post-trip issues.
For international travel do you have a process to assist with documentation (e.g. passports, visa, etc)? Please share details.
From the initial consultation, I inquire about required documentation. For group international trips, I request a copy of their passports or other documentation to ensure that it will be valid at time of travel.
