We specialize in creating personalized international itineraries with a focus on delivering exceptional and unique experiences tailored to our client’s preferences and budget.

We provide group, luxury and romance travel services to guests aged 6 months and older. Yes, our Creator of Exceptional Experiences is a Certified Autism Travel Professional and is partnered suppliers who cater to other disabilities and/or special needs.

How do you curate?
We qualify our customers, usually referred by existing/former clients, match them with a destination and/or resort, cruise or tour based on their budget and what they want to experience.
Why did you decide to do this type of work?
Formerly in my career and personally, I handled all of the travel arrangements, when the opportunity to have my own agency was presented to me, it made sense because I love to organize trips and hear about people’s experiences in destination.

Do you offer customized itineraries, and if so what is the cost and what is included?
Yes, cost starts at $50 per person and is based on the complexity of the trip (components, number of days, intricacy, etc.)
Do you personally attend each trip, or how do you choose representatives to travel with groups?
It depends on the size of the trip. If I do not join the group, the person who served as point of contact is usually the group leader.

Please share your payment and refund policies
As a result of our anti-fraud policy with Chase, our business banker, credit card charges require written authorization and often require submission of identification or passport for processing. We follow supplier refund policies and assess a 10% cancellation fee based on the total amount of the invoice.
Do your trips include air or do you assist with arrangements?
Air is available for most packages and can be added to a cruise and/or hotel request.
For Land Only trips please share what services you provide and when.
For Land Only trips, we offer planning and trip management for the entire itinerary. Our services begin when we’re hired and end after our client returns home and is satisfied with the trip.
For international travel do you have a process to assist with documentation (e.g. passports, visa, etc)? Please share details.
Yes, we provide guidance for our clients to secure passports, visas or submit entry forms, as required per destination.
If you host larger groups, how many representatives to you provide per traveler? How do you communicate with travelers during the trip?
For larger groups, we usually offer one per 25 traveling guests. We offer family group cruises, and as a result little ones fall under the guidance of their parent.
