I primarily book trips for adults, but also book family vacations, as well.

How do you curate?
I do a lot of trainings with the suppliers I use. I enjoy taking that information and doing additional research to create itinerary options for my clients.
Why did you decide to do this type of work?
I have enjoyed traveling since I was a child. I also enjoy the research and planning of trips.

What is the largest number of persons you accept for one trip?
20-30 in a group is the typical maximum. But, I do enjoy working with smaller groups for girls and guys trips.
Do you offer customized itineraries, and if so what is the cost and what is included?
I add excursions and other services as requested by group leaders or individual clients. Cost depends on the complexity of the itinerary.
Do you personally attend each trip, or how do you choose representatives to travel with groups?
I do travel on the group cruises I offer. Other group trips have a client trip leader.

I have worked with various local coordinators in Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Mexico.
Please share your payment and refund policies
All payments are submitted via a secured site and are encrypted. Refunds are issued as per the suppliers and coordinators terms and conditions. All payments are made to the suppliers and vendors. I do not accept Venmo and Cashapp payments. All payments must be made with a valid credit or debit card.
Do your trips include air or do you assist with arrangements?
Flights are typically included for individual or small group land-based trips. Assistance is provided for cruise vacations, if requested. Flights can be added to river cruise itineraries.
For Land Only trips please share what services you provide and when.
My services starts with the initial consultation. I do the research to find what is requested. I stay in touch with my clients and suppliers throughout the process. All clients are encouraged to contact me if issues arise at any point during their trip. I follow up to make sure all clients arrive home safely. I am also available to assist with post-trip issues.
For international travel do you have a process to assist with documentation (e.g. passports, visa, etc)? Please share details.
From the initial consultation, I inquire about required documentation. For group international trips, I request a copy of their passports or other documentation to ensure that it will be valid at time of travel.
If you host larger groups, how many representatives to you provide per traveler? How do you communicate with travelers during the trip?
If I am travel with my guests, I give them information as to how to reach me and I arrange drop-in office hours at a location on the ship or destination.
